Last weekend, the Coastal Alabama Business Chamber hosted an exhilarating event that showcased some of the finest culinary talents in the region—the Coastal Tailgate Cook-Off Challenge. This vibrant gathering brought together a diverse array of contestants, each eager to demonstrate their cooking prowess and compete for top honors.

We were thrilled to contribute to this remarkable event by providing awards that truly celebrated the spirit of the competition. Our custom turnover chain, a symbol of triumph and culinary excellence, was awarded to the first-place winner. We are proud to announce that “The Gulf” restaurant emerged victorious, captivating the judges with their innovative and delectable dish. Their win not only earned them the coveted turnover chain but also a chance to compete on a national stage at the World Food Championship in Indianapolis, set for November 8-12, 2024.

The competition was fierce, with each contestant presenting uniquely creative dishes that impressed everyone who had the pleasure of tasting them. The second and third place winners were also recognized with trophies, and a special Golden Spoon was awarded to the People's Popular Choice winner, highlighting the crowd's favorite.
